Messaging terms

Program: Callout — employment scheduling notifications. Operated by Noah Schwartz (sole proprietor); the business is Callout Solutions LLC, in formation.

What these messages are

Callout sends text messages to employees and managers of the participating restaurants about work scheduling events: a shift that has come open, an offer to pick up that shift, whether an offer was accepted, and confirmation once a manager has approved a change.

The program is transactional only. It does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising content of any kind, and it never will — there is no campaign, offer, or announcement channel in the system.

How your number gets here (consent)

Enrollment is double opt-in. A manager sends an enrollment invitation by text to the number you provided during onboarding; scheduling messages begin only after you reply YES from your own phone. Your exact reply — its wording, time, and delivery identifier — is kept as the record of that consent. Consent is not a condition of employment.

No consent, no delivery: a number without an active consent record is never sent a message — the system refuses to hand the message to the carrier at all, rather than sending and hoping. Messages are sent only for work scheduling events at your restaurant, and only to people with a role in them:

If you believe your number is in the system and should not be, reply STOP to any message and contact us at support@callout.solutions; we will remove it.

Stopping messages

These words are recognised by the messaging platform itself, so opting out takes effect even if our service is unavailable — and our system never treats one of them as an answer to a shift offer. A STOP is also delivered to our system, which withdraws your consent record at that moment; both the opt-out and the original opt-in are kept on record. Opting out stops scheduling messages; it does not change your employment or your schedule, and you should still speak to your manager about shifts.

Frequency, cost, carriers

Your number is not for sale

We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or consent data with third parties for their marketing purposes — ever. Numbers are shared only with the service providers that make the messages work (message delivery, hosting), and only for that purpose. See the privacy policy for who those are and what is stored.

Help

Questions about this program, or about messages you have received: support@callout.solutions. For anything about your actual shifts, contact your store manager — this program delivers scheduling messages, it does not make scheduling decisions on its own. A human manager approves every schedule change before it takes effect; the system has no path that publishes one on its own.

These terms describe the program as currently operated. If the consent flow or the message types change, this page is updated at the same time.
